Apparently you never read "Rush Limbaugh is a Big, Fat, Idiot." At the very beginning of it, Al Franken acknowledged that Limbaugh is not an idiot but it was just an attention-getting title, then addressed the ISSUES through the entire book. It was VERY educational.
