I mean, I joined the board back before the movie came out ('round July), but I'm not the prototypical newbie. I don't rave about how Mewes is sexy, how Lee rules or how Kevin's movies are cool... Well, I do, but I don't just do it because I can. I spell correctly. I use good grammar. I don't type out "MEWSE IS DA BESTEST ACTR IN THA WRDLR, KEVAN SMETH RULZZZ!" The only problem with "newbies" is that they're just new to the board, don't read the rules, and mark out like fanboys whenever they see a name in red. You usually see a Kevin post, followed by 30,000 little one-shot, one-line responses saying "Thanks!" or "Good Idea!" or "Love your work"... We don't need that. The man knows that we love his work because we sign up for the board and fawn whenever we see his name in red. As long as we're good to his movies, his family, and don't use his ideas to crush the free world, he's cool with us. And don't bash Star Wars. For the love of God, don't bash Star Wars. I'm off to watch underGRADS now, so peace out and be good to each other.
