Kevin's got an exclusive deal with Showtime, so he can't work for HBO.

Yes. Although Kevin was on-set alot to help Matt and Ben out, they had to digitally remove him from some scenes because of the Showtime contract. Trust me on this, I worked on CHASING AMY.
