that people with blood type O are supposed to eat meat because they need something from it. i don't exactly know what they need from it though. and i have a really good book called "diet for the new america" by john robbins. and it's the most informative book about vegetarianism and being vegan. but yeah, even though i'm blood type O, i've been a vegetarian for 3 years. and the doctors says i'm healthy as a horse and jsut as hung so i guess i'm doing ok
