Hogwash's idea works good. If you go to the part that has the movie and you click the 300k icon you are supposed to go to another page where the movie plays. From there select click on view then view source, from there you can see the website programming. You can find the link in there and copy that to a .txt file, save it as a .html file and load that into your browser. From there I think you can download the movie to your hdd.
