I haven't seen many recent horror flicks. GINGER SNAPS was really highly praised and I rented it and it was pretty good.

Both camera and sound tricks. Hanging with Phil, Gary, and the rest of the Skywalker crew really makes you appreciate the importance of sound.

I would definitely direct something I didn't write- I'm the exact opposite of Kevin, who sees himself as a writer who directs- I'm a director who write out of neccessity.
