Norman has never significantly bothered me with anything he has ever said except for the "stranger/family member" comment. My family is wonderful and I just can't be hearing that. I do know other women who have been raped by family members and it is so out of line to say that. If we want this to be a comfortable place for women (or men -- let's not assume they aren't targets of sexual violence as well) to come then that's not permissible. And look around, do we see a lot of ladies? Hmmmm.
