Ok so you have a lot so sex changing going on... now the true test to find out if they are really guys or girls inside is if one of them wants to play Sega right after or in the middle of sex. If that is the case you have a good argument for one of them being a male figure, therefore negating the act of being a lesbian.
Oh yeah and if the other party gets pissed off about the Sega, well then there is your female... So what you have here is a normal relationship...
