As you can tell, I am a proponent for the NU... I mean... the technology. Plus the use of the capital letters really made the word stand out more...
A few more things...
If you put an audio CD inside of a NUON machine, there is something called the "VLM" which reads the music and turns it into a psychedelic light show- true, the same can be done on Winamp and the like, but this is one of the first times an actual DVD player can do this.
Also, any DVD in a NUON machine will be able to have quicker and smoother fast-forwards/rewinds, and is capable of getting zooms up to 20x without noticeable pixelization.
There is also a feature called "P-Strobe" which shows 9 consecutive frames at a time so that it becomes easier to find the one frame one may be looking for (really helpful, for example, in finding the subliminal Brad Pitt frames in Fight Club)
