I know I keep posting stuff about scriptwriting and this is the Kevin Smith board, but...
... well, I'm finding some really good websites lately. And Kevin *is* a screenwriter, so it is sorta related. And since there are so many folks here who are talking about working on their own films, you never know. They might be interested in improving their work.
Anyhow.
At the site I mentioned earlier, www.screentalk.org, I've found a bunch of archived articles from the magazine. They're at
http://www.screentalk.org/articlearchive.htm
For instance, there's an article about "writing your logline" which, after reading, turned out to have a lot of good tips in it. "What makes a great logline? ScreenTalk magazine columnist Rob-Gregory Browne discusses their construction and how they can help you BEFORE you even begin to write your scripts." The article is at http://www.screentalk.org/art026.htm
Anyhow, give the archive and the articles a read. If you're interested in screenwriting, I think you'll be happy you did.
