Yes... but it's not really what you'd call featured, is it? It's just kinda there. I'd think there'd be plenty of actual VA material to fill a game board. If there isn't, THEN you start putting in things that were, basically, scenery.
I think that those of us who grew up in the "Duh!" period can't help but use it on occasion. Kinda like "Dude!" It just pops out when you least expect it, and makes you feel like you're 16 again. ;-)
