: I'm not quite sure what I hope to accomplish by posting here. Not quite sure if I'm actually looking for help from Kevin himself, other View Askew parties, or maybe just fans out there. I'm sure this question has been asked time and time again by people looking for help.

: That question is, when you're writing a screenplay how do you know where to go next? How do you keep yourself from bailing out when times get hard and you feel like you can't write anymore? What do you do when it all seems like crap, but you're certain that it would make a good script? I guess, in a nutshell, how do you keep yourself motivated and psyched about your script?

: I've read enough books to know that screenwriting books don't help. They're all vague, and it's just an attempt to cash in on a person's ignorance on the subject. Oh well, thanks in advance.
