Stretching a Banky hat...possible? Bigger please!

Hey gang:

So, can a 7 1/2 hat be stretched to fit a 7 5/8 head? Maybe soak it and stretch it out?

Is there anyone else out there in my shoes? We HAVE to get some larger sizes made dammit!
