I'll save you the hassle. There's *really* no legal way for View Askew to come after you for legal recourse. It's one line from a movie that's 8 years old. It hasn't been copyrighted in the way that you think would require permission. If you wanted to call your band "Snoochie Boochies", you might have it a little harder, but for "Fuck Your Yankee Blue Jeans", you're pretty much in the clear. If that's the best name for a band you can come up with, knock yourself out.
