Sex in the City is just a collection of cliched plots and one note characters. And as for character growth and arcs - well, There is more growth and arc in my pants when I watch 'Murder, She Wrote' reruns.
It is more of the female version of every mediocre sitcom ever made, but with nudity and dirty language.
