I haven't posted anything here for a while. I've been reading the board almost every day. But, I just couldn't post anything lately. 2 reasons- the terrible news of last Tuesday, and the fact that I can't think of too much on-topic shit to post about. I'm a huge View Askew fan, but I just feel sick to my stomach. I am so disgusted with the acts of these terrorists that nothing seems to matter anymore. Nothing even really seems funny anymore. Personally, I'm angry. I'd love few things more than to just see a few terrorist-friendly countries disappear in a giant mushroom cloud. I'm going to be a father early next year. What kind of world am I bringing my child into? Forgive me for ranting. I had to get it out of my system.
To get back on topic, sort of... I've been reading the Spiderman posts. I can't agree more with Vincent on how Sony is letting these terrorists win. Digitally erasing the WTC from the Spiderman movie?!? That's almost an insult to America. out of respect for the victims??? I would think the victims would much rather the towers stay in the film, than to be taken out - thus acknowledging the people responsible for their deaths. Is it too late? Is there an email address that we can write to in an attempt to stop them from making this horrible mistake??? Why couldn't Sony put up a poll, and see what the American people want?
