What sort of jobs are you talking about that require you to put on a front? All jobs do, to some respect - but that's more adapting to circumstance as opposed to putting on a front.
The reason Kevin doesn't look like he's putting on a front is because he runs the show and doesn't need to. Unless it's all one big front, of course...
