As I said before, I haven't been flamed...yet. I was writing that more on the behalf of many of the new members that have been ''targeted''. I think alot of the bitterness torward the new members is uncalled for. Also like I said previously, I have tied to post things that aren't ''cutesie'' or that have been asked a million times. That is why I think I have been spared the flaming posts.

: Did anyone on the board actually give you a hard time about being new? I took a cursary glance to see what it was that offended you and couldn't find anything. I mean, who are you upset with?

: I've been a member of a number of mailing lists and message boards(as have a majority of people here I suppose) and have been on both ends of the spectrum (oldie and newbie as you say). This is a natural progression. Invariably there is a sudden influx of new arrivals who create growing pains. Most old timers weather the storm knowing that things will calm down and they can adapt; but some leave and never return pineing for better days. Both sides have a point. Newbies must take extra time out to be sure they are not stepping on toes and are following the rules. And when newbie criticism sweeps the board, try to remember, "if the shoe fits". Old timers should remember that not ALL newbies fill up the board with poopie. Some lurk and post rarely (example right here), are inteligent, thoughtful, and big KS fans; just like you. In the end everything will be fine.
