I don't have the soundtrack (yeah, I'm not a true fan. God forbid I not like the music from the film), but I really doubt Jay says "mallfucker." I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts Jay says "mo' fucker," but pronounces it so it sounds like "mah fucker."
