ive had a long day at the naval base today, amidst guards armed with machine guns, concrete barriers at the gates, and vehicle searches and of course watching this terrible tragedy unfold since this morning. we flew support missions to norfolk, and new york to assist the hospitals and medical volunteers. i still cant sort out, in my head, everything that i have seen on television today. i know alot of this has been posted allready, but i havent had a chance to say: how deeply sorrowful i am for the friends and, more importantly, the families of the countless victims. what an emotional rush today was. for me:
1. disbelief
2. surprise
3. shock
4. fear
and..
5. anger
