: I just heard on the news that there were people in the building on the phone saying good bye to their families as the building burned around them. For some reason that gets to me mroe than anything else. The thought of knowing that this is the last time you would ever speak to your husband/wife/mother/father, etc....No human being should EVER have to do that. may whoever did this feel tenfold the pain of every poor soul who died clutching a phone and telling someone "I love you."
