After all that has happened today, my head hurts. I feel anger, grief, sadness and fear. I need a drink.
Strange thoughts though, I just watched "Enemy At The Gates" for the first time last night, and after seeing how ravaged Stalingrad (sp) was, I started thinking how anyone could handle such a crazy environment, then I started thinking, man that could never happen in the US now. No, one could come on our American soil and kill massive amounts of people, then I wake up this morning and this has happened. I spoke to soon.....
The next step, and I encourage you all to wave your flags. To let whoever that is behind these acts of destruction, that we are still in control (even though we sort of in state of confusion), but that we are Americans and we are a lot stronger then what they view us as.
I bow my head in sadness and wish the families of the victims my best.
