I am so thankful that you were able to get out safely. I feel terrible for
being so grateful that I wan't working there today, but I am so angry
and terrified by what has happened.
I was walking home across the 59th St Bridge and could not believe I
was looking at the city and seeing not the Twin Towers but an ugly
cloud of smoke.
I will be thinking of you and hoping that all you know are safe. I'm still
trying to reach all my friends and can only hope that everyone was
either working somewhere else (many of my friends are temps) or
able to get out safely.
: the first plane went in. It took about 20 min to get to the lobby. A few
min later I was looking up to see the damage and I saw another
plane crash into the other building.............holy fuck. I am glad to be
alive and I am happy to be able to post. WHile I was there I saw
people juming to their deaths it was a rain of humans.
