the policy of not letting people with certain "lifestyles" donate (during the screening process, very specific and personal questions are asked to disqualify certain donors, such as "are you a man who has ever had sex with another man?"). Now mind you, the fastest-growing population with AIDS are straight females, not gay men...but I digress.
