I'm stuck at work, and this is the only site I can get to, so here's my info:
1 and 2 World Trade Center were hit by a 737 and a DC9, both towers have collapsed. One plane came from Boston, the other from Dulles Airport in Virginia (DC).
The Pentagon was hit by a large aircraft that plowed through one entire leg of the building, on the side where the Navy Annex is. This side is being renovated and there were many unoccupied offices in that area.
A 767 crashed 80 miles South of Pittsburgh.
A rumor that a car bomb went off at the State Department is being refuted.
There is a fire of some kind in the National Mall (the park where all the monuments are) in DC.
The USA Today Building in Arlington is on fire
A gas station just below Crystal City & National Airport (Glebe Rd. and Jeff Davis Hwy) is on fire.
DC traffic is a NIGHTMARE. They closed the beltway and 395, as well as every street near the White House, Mall, and Capitol Hill. The trains are shut down, but most of the subway is working. The subway trains will skip the Pentagon stop.
