Anyhoo, Toyfare Magazine put out a compilation issue of the best of their "Twisted Toyfare Theatre," which features photoplays of those 8" Mego superhero dolls which many of us had and now wish we hadn't destroyed them all in one huge bonfire of melted plastic.
Point being, Mr. Smith did the intro for the special issue, which also includes a pic of the Silent Bob figure chillin' with the Incredible Hulk, who's dressed as Jay. So he's the Incredible Jay?
I HIGHLY recommend this special issue, not just for the Smith intro, but because TTT is fucking hilarious most of the time. IMHO...
