all right... just 2 things real quick...
1) why post something about people complaining or gossiping in a negative light about something you love? doesn't that only perpetuate the gossip chain? let them say what they want and then forget about it. if they're just mouthing off 'cause they think they have the "right" view, than fuck 'em. why pay attention? why bring it to light for others?
2)i'm a huge fan of kevin smith films. i own them all form clerks up to dogma and when jsbsb is released on video i'll probably grab that too. and although i can appreciate his skill, and love his movies... i still wonder how it is people say things like, "kevin, your movies have truly made a difference in my life..." damn... it's a movie, he's not writing the frickin' bible. i love theatre and film. i acted through out high school and got a job at blockbuster just to increase my movie collection. but the biggest problem in the world is that people have forgotten that people like kevin smith are people like me and you. kevin's a great writer, his dialouge is edgy and hilarious and his plot lines give me laughter head-aches. still, i don't see any of his movies "impacting" my life to any great degree (unless you count the fact that i can no longer think of super-heros as asexual beings...). i guess what i'm trying to say is i wonder if kevin feels like mooby sometimes...
