The commentary for Chicken Run is quite funny. It's got some good bits of info in it, but you can tell that it's been done for the American market because every so often, a basic facet of English life will be explained in great detail. All well and good if you're not English, but a bit tedious otherwise (although amusing).
Mallrats and Spinal Tap are pretty much the best ones I've heard though.
