The end of Mallrats points to ANY point in the future. And each individual character's portion takes place at different times in the future. Therefore, the Jay and Bob section at the end of Mallrats points toward the JSBSB time.
That being said, JSBSB takes place after all the movies. It most certaintly is not on the same day as Clerks or Mallrats. Dante and Randall still work there, and gum has been stuck in the locks again.
