Will Ferrel is better when he plays "straight-man" instead of "funny man." The best example of it is is portrayl of Alex Trebeck in the Celebrity Jeopardy skit where Darryl Hammond as Sean Connery is the key comedic cog.
Unfortunatly, I have a feeling that Ferrel is foolishly trying to become the Jim Carey of the turn of the century and his act is getting worse as the minutes go by.
