I've heard 94 and 95. 94 is in the Clerks: Lost Scene comic, where Julie's death is listed as April 15, 1994, which means Mallrats is April 16 and Clerks is April 17, 1994. That means Dante & Randal (who're 22, as said in the movie) are born in 1972. They were 16 when they graduated from Hudson in 88. It makes sense! That means Chasing Amy is 97 (I just like it there, it fits), Dogma is 98 and Strike Back is 01! Does this make sense to anybody?!
