Does anyone else find it disturbing that J&SBSB is being beaten out by this flick (granted, I'm sure it cost a lot more but still) Have american audiences truly been dumnbed down this far? I mean, I'm not saying this movie is completely devoid of laughs, but it doesn't have even 1/10 of the laughs in J&SBSB. Are people scared that if they see J&SBSB all other comedies will be ruined for them this year? It's not like money matters, J&SBSB will make it's money back in spades, and then reap the bounty of DVD profits. But how does a film that rated so high, and quite frankly- deserves to get lost in the shuffle so quickly?
