From what I can make out (and it is pretty hard to read it!!!) the smiley face on the left is asking "Hey! What is this place?" and the smiley face on the right is replying "Why it's a better place!".
As for the bottom as far as I can make out it says:
* Legal disclaimer. Kev & Scott have never seen "A Better Place". They have, however, seen "A Butter Place".
