This is the one case (as opposed to GLAAD, Tim Burton, etc.) where I think we really should respond to the offender in full force. She's just such a hateful person, with a twisted world perspective. "Fat people grow up unloved"? What the hell is WRONG with her? She just made my list of celebrities whose deaths I would truly celebrate, which until now was comprised solely of Freddie Prinze Jr.
