: It came last.

: Clerks was first.
: Then Mallrats was like the day after clerks. (As evident by the chick that died in the pool)
: Then Chasing Amy.
: Then Dogma (In amy, jay said that he and bob were going to chi town.)
: Then Jay and Bob. Apparently, the locksmith still hasn't come to fix the lock on the shutters. The ape in the end of Rats was a rift in the space time continu...contini....it was a worm hole that let you see into the future...

Just a few notes here and there, this isn't really important stuff, but some of the more anal nitpickers might try to get on your case about it.

Mallrats was the day BEFORE Clerks, Clerks was the funeral for the girl who died in the pool the night before Mallrats. Second (and this is really getting nitpicky) The Quik Stop was visible is Amy during the explanation of Finger Cuffs and if my memory is correct, no sign on the window. It's more like an oh, no, not again. My guess is that it is a fairly regular occurance at the Stop. As for the ape, well, I just figured that Mallrats pointed ahead and gave a glimpse of their trip on the road, kinda like it gave glimpses into the others future. Though one final note, and what seems to me a major hole in continuity, in Dogma, Jay says that he and lunchbox took the bus out to Illinois, but as is fairly obvious in J&SB, it seems as if they've never taken it before ("When they start charging for the bus?"), then again, Dogma seems to be slightly outside the main continuity of the rest of the series. Alright that's it for my anal retentiveness.
