Point is, Joan Rivers is a vile sub-human and her comments have the worth of a grain of salt. They shouldn't be dwelled on...an "anal beads" comment is hilarious, and Kevin is neither lonely nor unloved...as his fans and wife would prove.
Hence, what she says means nothing.
