My name is Dave, and I'm very thankful for Kevin Smith's movies and his ability to make me the happiest I possibly could be watching a film. The new flick was great and very funny. I had so much fun i had to see it again. However, I saw it on sunday the second time- oh well. I can't wait for the Dvd, hope there's a great commentary. This is my first post, so i'm tryin to get a lot in. I loved all the cameos, i thought Ben Affleck stole the show. I loved all the in-jokes and homages, especially the pee wee's big adventure bit. The whole cast and writing was beautiful. It was a great way to close up shop. I thank you Kevin Smith for creating a great universe full of great characters that i'll always miss, but never will forget. I actually saw Kevin Smith at U Mass Amherst, but i was too shy to ask a question. I was just wondering... Your characters are so beautifully realised. Do you use method writing, or is it more of a natural flow?
On another note, your characters are so great i can't help but dress like them. I just ordered the Brodie shirt and the infinity highway shirt. Would you ever consider selling the Brodie jacket?
