: One thing I'm hearing a lot from reviews and posts are some people's dislike of the film (J&SBSB) because it lacks any sort of hint towards intellectualism. I loved the film for this very reason. What’s wrong with omitting the parts that make you think once in a while or every other time? From spiritual and social satire one minute to dick and fart jokes the next is quite a bit of range and not only does he do it he does it extraordinarily well. This is the biggest reason I dig on the work of Kevin and his group. And let’s face it, if food-for-thought was mandatory for good entertainment the whole of cinema would be on “Lifetime.” And then we wouldn’t appreciate the scarcity of the brainy shit that makes us feel superior when we ‘get it’ and everyone else doesn’t now, would we?

: Yes, there is comedic value in the exposure of man’s dirty little hypocrisies and obscure literary sub reference but there are more ores to be mined in the Hills of Hilarity than simply these. For example, just having Jason Mewes in those tights could carry its own trilogy (provided it wasn’t in 3D).

: Anyhow, I just really liked the movie and wanted the share my reasons why. I’m through sucking Kevin’s dick now.

I always find it funny when people say "The flick was so bad that he even has the characters acknowledging the fact!" I mean, this is not Dogma or Chasing Amy! It's a silly comedy, and by having the characters looking at the camera/audience, it's kinda like saying "Yeah, we aren't gonna win any Oscars, but we're at least being the first to admit it." It's like if I said "I'm stupid," and then someone else said "Yeah, you are." it kind of takes away from their insult. For the record, I dug the new flick quite a bit.
