Considering that drugs have been a part of your films, and obviously your life (meaning those around you), you should have some strong feelings on the subject. Too often discussion of drugs and legality boil down to "I don't do drugs therefore they should be illegal" vs. "I do drugs therefore they should be legal". All societies have used drugs of some variety and yet the dialogue in America has become stiffled. People like myself who don't do drugs but believe that making things illegal is a waste of time and resources feel forced to take a quiet approach to the subject lest they be painted with the same brush as Woody Harrelson.
