Where do Kevin and Jason reside these days?

I've heard a few, not very reliable sources (or else I wouldn't be asking) say that Kevin lives part-time in LA and Jason (that damn cutie) is full-time. Is that true? I can't imagine either one of them wanting to live here (then again, I'm an East Coaster in la-la-land). But, if they are here, I want to keep my eyes open in hopes of catching a glimpse of them while standing in line at Taco Bell or something!
