How come Smith and Mewes didn't get top billing?

I can see how you guys went in alphabetical order....is that the reason? On the soundtrack, Doerty was before Lee and Mewes and my girlfriend complained about that. She thought Shannon had a big part seeing how she was listed before Mewes or Smith, it's all alphabetical isn't it?
