: Basically anyone who works for View Askew
: Am i legally allowed to show the Clerks animated series at my college without paying for it? They are legal copies and it's non-profit. And even though we technically use the school facilities, only about 30 people would be there. If you'd enlighten me or give permission, i'd appreciate it.

It depends what the purpose of your showing is. If it is related to an educational purpose, then you should be all right because there is an educational exemption to copyright law. If however, you showing is purely for entertainment purposes, it counts as a public performance and you would need to get permission to show it.
