Well Kevin, it was a nice try. I'm bummed, to say the least, but at least it didn't completely bomb. The general feeling I got when I went to see it was that if you didn't see the other 4 movies, then you were pretty much fucked, oops, screwed. Sorry. Since I own all of the movies and watch them occasionally, I didn't even pick up on how many references were made since it was like second nature. I do find it funny that the critics nailed your other movies for lack of movement and over-impressive dialogue and then slammed you when you did a moving picture with average dialogue. I guess they just won't be satisfied. But it's their loss. All of these years of shit all boil down to the fact that they, the critics, didn't get the joke. Thanks for the effort and good luck with whatever other stuff you have going. Looking forward to Fletch. I plan on making a pilgrimmage up to the secret stash at Christmas when I go to visit my parents, so that way I can buy merchandise for all of the View Askew heads that go to my school. Take it easy.
