This is one of the funniest movies I've seen in a while. The last 3 I saw were comedies (this, Rush Hour 2, American Pie 2), and I thought this was the funniest. It just wasn't a good movie, y'know what I mean? Like, Austin Powers was funny, but it was bad. Dogma was funny, and it was excellent. This was more like a string of movie spoofing sketches ("It's hunting season." Classic). Now I do want to go rent Mallrats and Chasing Amy so I get a lot of those inside jokes. Not sure if I'll pick this up on DVD when it's released, though.
