First my congratz to Kev for a funny movie, and a decent 11 mill opening. This is the first post I have made in over a year and a half. I got sick of the "This movie sucked because.." posts, and the general descent into juvenilism (I remember the good old flame wars with bbuster. intelligent juvenilism). Ive just been lurking since then.
Anyway, i thought id reenter the fray.
This movie simply reestablished my firm belief that Will Ferrell is the funniest guy alive. I will watch any movie, no matter how horrible, if he's in it. That and Harley Quinn is a versatile actress. She can play any gender. Normally thats something you only see in academy award quality people like Hilary Swank, and possibly Leonardo Dicaprio in the Man in the Iron Mask.
And he also gets the award for in joke so in that only people who post on his message board get the joke. Seeing Smalls name in the movie on movie poopshoot.com (is that even a registered site?) not only made me laugh, but realize what a internet nerd I can be.
Damn you, cable modem.
