I work till 1am nights, so I couldn't help you out with opening weekend. But a no.1 for one night is still kick-ass for VA. I can remember four years ago, being one of four people in the theatre for the opening night of "amy". years later, i got one of the last seats to see the opeining of Dogma. big difference a few years can make. Although from what i've heard from my friends, this flicks missing some of the witty banter that's been your previous. But I'm still going to see it this evening. (my day off). and I shure as hell will own that DVD the day it coms out, and put it along side my many other VA DVD's. I've met a ton of music industry people in the past year since I moved to nashville from pittsburgh, but you're the only director/movie star I've ever met. I could only hope that they'd all be as cool and devoted to their fans as you bro. Looking forward to the next flcik already. (I love the fletch series, can't wait to see if that's next) But no matter what, you keep making them, we'll keep obsessing over them.
