I understand where you're coming from, but I still think it's all about the context. I've told friends to "blow me" before, it's all in good fun. Jay talking about Bob sucking him off or whatever, it's just good natured ribbing among friends. If he was threatening to rape a woman and giving graphic descriptions, I could see where you'd be offended. I don't really see the harm when it's just joking among friends, though.
