: : :
: : No, See Dick and Jane is "just a book". The Bible is Truth. Read it
: : and see.
:

: ive read it and it is if full of contradictions...and is a tool
: christians use to fuel thier hate and ignorance to such things as
: homosexuality and other religions etc....and telling people things
like "
: if your not christian youre going to hell"...well according to your book
: your not suppose to judge others asshole.

:
Why don't you show me some of those contradictions, and we'll work
them out. I'm sure you're just repeating some argument you've heard
without any real evidence to back it up. Christians do not hate
anybody, we are commanded not to. We hate sin: ours and others'.
Nobody is sinless, and we realize that. We believe certain things are
wrong nomatter who does them and I'll stand by my convictions. The
Bible says do not have sexual relations with those of the same sex. It
also says not to steal. Both are equally wrong in God's eyes.
The Bible says not to judge others, meaning that we are not to judge
whether someone is eventually going to hell or not. The Bible DOES
say to reprove each other in our wrongdoings to lift each other up in
love, AND to not judge by mere outward appearances, but by what's
inside a person. I'm tired of you people misquoting the Bible in
ignorance. I'm not a Shakespeare expert, so I don't try to be. How can
you profess to know the Bible if you haven't studied it. You say you've
READ it. If you have, you've missed the point. It's not a novel you can
just read and absorb. You have to study it, like a textbook for life.
