My husband and I finally got to see the new flick tonight. We borrowed a few bucks and made the trek down to a local theater to catch it. This was seriously the funniest movie I have seen in a very long time!!! I haven't laughed this hard in ages. Thank you Kevin for making this movie! We both enjoyed it. There were only about 10 or 15 people in the theater (actually more than we expected for a Monday night at a theater with 14 screens in a very small area of California's Central Valley...aka "Condit Country"). Of everyone in the theater, I think we were the only ones who laughed at every joke, BUT everyone stayed all the way through the credits and everyone seemed to enjoy the film...
We saw it and made it home in time to catch the final installment of John Cleese on TLC! WHEW! What a day!
Anyway...just wanted to say thanks for making such a funny film! We're all set to complete our VA collection. My mother-in-law is going to watch all of the films in order once we get the collection complete (and once my in-laws get a DVD player!) Great work everyone who put their blood, sweat and tears (and whatever else) into this movie. Job well done.
I can't believe how crowded the board has gotten...or maybe I can?! =) I'm sure my post will be another lost in the crowd, but I couldn't not post my response. What was my favorite part? The whole the damn thing! LOVED IT!
