If you apply that logic with a slightly different angle, that that would have actually given J&SBSB an *advantage*.
If it's a slow week and not as many people are going out to the movies, then the rabid fans who saw it multiple times (or at least once) over the weekend should have made more of a difference.
: This past weekend was a weekend before a MAJOR holiday movie weekend. Also it was reported (I forgot what the source was) that this weekend's box office is 20% less than last weeks.
